Internal Branding

Summary.

The primary objective of this project was to transform the interior spaces of the company into vibrant and inspiring environments that reflect its brand identity. The scope included various areas such as office spaces, break rooms, conference rooms, and common areas. The goal was to create a visually appealing and cohesive ambiance that aligns with the company’s values, enhances employee morale, and fosters a strong sense of identity and pride among the workforce.

Design Approach: I began by conducting a thorough analysis of the company’s brand, culture, and values. This helped me gain valuable insights into the essence of the brand and its desired impact on employees. With a deep understanding of the brand, I developed a comprehensive interior branding strategy that focused on creating a harmonious blend of design elements, colours, typography, and imagery.

Using the brand’s visual identity guidelines as a foundation, I carefully curated a palette of colours, materials, and textures that complemented the brand’s personality and evoked the desired emotional response. By incorporating the company’s logo, tagline, and key messages throughout the interior spaces, I ensured consistent brand reinforcement and recognition.
